We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a quieter area just a short walk down a quiet alley from the main square. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and housekeeping available. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable, with amenities like ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. We loved relaxing on the terrace and enjoying the soundproofed rooms. The staff was incredibly polite, helpful, and kind. They were always available and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The rooms were tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, and very quiet. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful rooftop terrace where we enjoyed delicious food every morning. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of most of the main historic sites and very close to the main square in the Medina.
Not obvious to find. The hotel is down a long alley with several turns, which made it a bit challenging to find at first.
